| 摘 要： | 电动机软启动器性能参数测试是产品研制、调试、生产的重要环节。研究了采用计算机、数据采集卡等硬件和在LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台上开发的软件构成一套完整的电动机软启动器测试系统。从硬件特别是软件功能方面对测试系统的实现方法及功能进行了详细的介绍。经实际应用表明：该系统具有测试精度高、开发成本低、抗干扰能力强、检测效率高、操作简单等优点。

| Abstract: | The performance test of AC motor soft starters is the key of research,debugging and production.The parameter test system of AC motor soft starters consisting of computer signal modulate board,data acquisition board and software developed by LabVIEW virtual instrument technolgoy was introduced.The realization and function of the test system were also introdeced in detail from the hardware structure and especially the software function.The system has the following properties:high precision,low cost,strong disturbance attenuation,high efficiency and convenience manipulation. |
