动态心电图与超声心动图诊断冠心病无症状性心肌缺血的价值比较

目的探讨24h动态心电图,超声心动图诊断冠心痛无症状性心肌缺血的价值。方法选择86例冠心病患者应用24h动态心电图(DCG)和超声心动图(ECHO)检查,以冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果为标准,对比分析动态心电图、超声心动图结果,比较其敏感性、特异性及准确率。结果动态心电图的敏感性为86%,特异性为66.7%,准确性为83.7%。超声心动图的敏感性为23%,特异性83.3%,准确性为31.4%。结论动态心电图因其监测时间长,对缺血性ST段改变的诊断具有较高的敏感性,可作为诊断冠心病无症状性心肌缺血的重要的无创性检查技术。
