摘    要:本文针对电感耦合质谱法(ICP-MS)测定天然物料(水、土壤、植物)中痕量元素Al含量时产生的干扰问题,研究采用动态反应池(DRC)技术,选择甲烷(CH_4)作为反应气体,设定合适的仪器工作参数,使得CeO/Ce<2.5%,Ba~(++)<2.5%,220amu<1.0,以及选择测定元素的同位素相结合的方法消除干扰。实验结果表明,方法灵敏度和精密度(RSD%)不会降低,与标准模式一致,线性相关>0.999,标淮加入回收率85%~110%。

Abstract:When determinating the content of these trace elements,such as Al,As,Cr,Fe,Zn,Mn and Se,in nature material (water,soil and plant),it would bring about some interference..The article researched how to eliminate these interference by Using the DRC technology,methane as the reactant gas,setting the appropriate parameter of apparatus which made CeO/Ce<2.5%,Ba~(++)<2.5% and 220amu<1.0,and determinating the isotope of elements. The results showed that sensitivity and precision of this method was the same as standard mode,R>0.999, and the rate of recovery between 85% to 110%.
