摘    要:脱谐度是谐振接地电网重要的技术参数,近年来,有关文献提出测量脱谐度的一种直接方法———通过测量电网谐振频率来计算脱谐度。由于测量工作是在电网正常运行时进行的,因此必须保证测量过程不受电网运行的干扰,以往未见有文献对这一关键技术进行过讨论。为此,本文设计能够有效滤除5 0±1Hz的工频电量的有源滤波网络,从而使测试装置拥有良好的抗干扰能力

Abstract:Turning-off degree is a key specification in resonant grounding power network In recent years, some literature presented a direct method to compute the turning-off degree by measuring the frequency of resonant power network No interference should be guaranted during the measurement that are performed during the running of the power network In this paper, an active filter network were designed to filter effectively the frequency of 50±1Hz so as to make the measurement equipment have good ability of resisting disturbances
