| 摘 要： | 目的:建立盐酸舍曲林片含量及有关物质测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18) (4.6mm × 200mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调到pH4.0) (60:40),流速1.5mL/min;检测波长225nm。结果:进样量在2.49～19.94μg范围内,与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.55%,RSD为0.60%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,重现性及专属性好,可用于盐酸舍曲林片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | To establish an HPLC method for determination of sertraline hydrochloride and its related substances in the tablets. Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×200mm, 5μg) was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase was meth-anol-0.2% triethylamine(adjusted pH to 4.0 by phosphphoric acid)(60 : 40). The flow rate was 1.5 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 225nm, The linear range of sertraline hydrochloride was 2.49～19.94μg(r=0.9998),The average recovery was 99.55% with RSD of 0.60%(n=9). This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproduc-ible. It can be used as the quality control for sertraline hydrochloride tablets. |
