摘    要:锌是人体内必不可少的微量元素之一,对人体的生长、发育起着重要的作用。荧光法具有灵敏度高、选择性强、用样少、方法简便以及能提供较多的物理参数等优点,用途广泛。本文对近年来荧光法测锌的研究进展进行归纳总结,对Zn(Ⅱ)传感器所用到的荧光团及其各自的优缺点进行评述。

Abstract:Zinc is one of the essential microelements because it plays an important role in human physiology and nutrition.Fluorescence method was wildly used for zinc determination because of its high selectivity and sensitivity. Researchers are paying more attentions to the development of novel fluorescent chemical zinc sensors with high selectivity and sensitivity recently.This review summarizes the development and research of fluorescent zinc sensors in recent years,as well as the advantages and shortcomings of different fluorophores for zinc sensors.
