摘 要: | 本文简要介绍近红外光谱的发展历程、原理和应用特点,综述其在食品质量安全检测领域中开展掺伪使假、原产地鉴别、成分分析等方面的研究与应用情况,并对近红外光谱检测技术存在的问题以及今后的应用前景进行展望。

Abstract: | This paper describes the development of near-infrared spectroscopy history theory and application characteristics,and in the field of food quality and safety testing carried out.Adulteration make false,identification of the origin,composition analysis,research and applications were reviewed and near-infrared spectroscopy detection technology problems and the future prospect of the application. |
