| Abstract: | This paper describes the development of near-infrared spectroscopy history theory and application characteristics,and in the field of food quality and safety testing carried out.Adulteration make false,identification of the origin,composition analysis,research and applications were reviewed and near-infrared spectroscopy detection technology problems and the future prospect of the application. |
