摘    要:分析国产X70管线钢板承受正向和反向加载时的力学性能,对加载曲线及其包申格效应进行研究,根据测试结果,给出X70钢材在不同预变形下的应力-应变关系式以及力学参数;通过数据处理,得到反向加载时屈服强度降幅△σ0.5随预塑性应变εpp变化的经验公式。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of X70 pipeline steel plate has been studied at the forward and reverse loading conditions. The stress-strain relationship and Bauschinger effect were investigated. The results showed that the stress-strain relationship of X70 changed with the different pre-deformation amplitudes. The experiential formula of the relationship between the yield strength reduction and the pre-plastic strain amplitude was derived from the data processing.
