摘    要:大型舰船甲板存在变形,其变形对舰载武器系统的精度有很大影响.为监测舰船甲板的变形,提出基于多个惯性测量单元 (inertial measuring unit,IMU)数据融合的变形测量方法,基于某船的实测数据建立甲板变形测量模型,利用最小二乘估计对甲板的变形进行分析.仿真结果表明,将该方法用于末安装IMU战位点处的甲板变形的实时监测是完全可行的; IMU的布局对甲板变形的监测有较大影响,IMU在舰船上的布置应依照舰载武器系统的布局及其精度确定.

Abstract:The precision of the shipborne weapon system was affected greatly by the deck deformation of large size ship.Based on multi-IMU(inertial measuring unit) data fusion,a method was proposed for deck deformation monitoring.The model of deformation measurement was developed using the measured data of a ship.The least square estimation was applied to the analysis of deck deformation.Simulation results show that by processing the output signals of the IMU,it is feasible to monitor the deck deformation real time.The disposition of IMU has a great impact on the accuracy of deformation estimation.The arrangement of IMU on the deck is according to the layout and precision of the shipborne weapon system.
