摘    要:在文献[5]的基础上,对某实际的DH型压缩机齿轮联轴器耦合的齿轮轴和电机轴系统进行了动力学特性分析,结果表明耦合系统的模态、稳定性和不平衡响应与用传统的单个齿轮轴计算所得的结果具有明显的差异。传统的计算方法会丢失部分重要的模态信息,并且相对应的复特征值和失稳转速产生较大的误差。在计算系统的不平衡响应时传统方法不安全。

Abstract:The dynamic characteristics of the coupled bearing rotor gear coupling system of a DH type compressor is analyzed based on the reference 5],in which a mathematical model is developed.The numerical results show that the modes,stability,and the unbalance responses of the coupled system are different from those of the traditional method,which neglects the action of the gear coupling in the system.The traditional method may lose some important modal information,cause errors in calculating the damped natural frequencies and stablility threshold speed,and is unsafe to the unbalance responses of the coupled system.
