摘    要:针对驱水机的严重振动,从轴承支承结构特点和主轴弯曲变形出发,详细分析轴承破坏的主要原因,重点解决主轴支承刚度差、轴承附加载荷大的问题,采取简单可靠的改造措施,有效地延长了轴承的使用寿命,保证生产的正常运行。

Abstract:The main causes for serious vibration of flooding water motor are in detail analyzed.It is based on the characteristics of the bearing support and bending deformation.As the result,a simple and reliable improving measures,which critically solves the bad rigidity and excessive additional load of the main bearing,was presented and availably prolongs the bearings' operational life.
