| 摘 要： | 简要介绍弧面分度凸轮的发明和在现代机械中的应用状况;并分别介绍目前已有的弧面分度凸轮廓面的加工方法,指出各种加工方法的优缺点。分析数控加工中心自动换刀机械手(ATC)弧面分度凸轮的加工,提出ATC弧面分度凸轮的加工方案和该加工方案所用设备的基本参数。

| Abstract: | Invention,development and application of globoidal indexing cam was presented briefly.There were two major methods of manufacturing profile of the globoidal indexing cam,equivalence manufacture and non-equivalence manufacture.Advantage and disadvantage of all these methods was mentioned respectively.Based on the analyses of the globoidal cam used in the automatic tool change of CNC,proposed a optimizing blue print of and the parameters used in manufacturing of this cam. |
