| 摘 要： | 通过对工时定额的构成及计算方法的分析,结合我国中小型制造企业的特点,基于Visual Basic 6.0和Microsoft Office Access数据库平台,设计并开发了新型工时定额系统.该系统主要采用计算模块、类比模块及数据库管理模块三部分来实现工时定额的计算.其特点在于针对相似零件采用类比推算法,大大提高了工时的计算速率和准确性.该系统为产品成本核算、生产计划安排提供了数据支持.

| Abstract: | In combination with the characteristics of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,based on the Visual Basic6.0 and Microsoft Office Access database platform,a new man-hour ration system is designed and developed by analyzing the composition and calculation method of the man-hour ration.The system accomplishes the calculation of man-hour ration mainly by adopting calculation module,analogy module and database management module.The characteristic of the system,aiming at similar components,lies in itself improvement of the calculation speed and calculation accuracy by adopting the analogy calculation.The system provides data support for accounting of the product cost as well as arrangement of the production plan. |
