| 摘 要： | 建立了高速电主轴的一维简化模型,利用传热学中的傅里叶定律以及主轴的两个边界条件,推得主轴热源与主轴轴向热形变之间的关系。通过机器人学中的齐次坐标变换原理,建立各个运动副坐标系之间的变换矩阵,并求得数控机床各个误差量与五个联动轴补偿量之间的关系,利用该关系式即可对高速电主轴中的热误差进行补偿。
