减速器中心距优化分配研究

摘    要:以接触承载能力最大为目标函数,借助复合型算法对两级渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮啮合参数尤其是中心距进行优化设计.程序将按工程实际要求计算所涉及的全部啮合参数.经优化后参数与原ZQ型减速器承载能力的对比有不同程度的提高,最高达46%.这种方法适用于单个特制的减速器设计.本程序优化结果表明两级中心距之比在1.9~2.0之间取值比较合适.

Abstract:Aims at the maximization for the function of contact bearing capacity and gives a design of optimizing parameters gearing to two-stage involute skew gear,especially the centre distance by complex method.According to the practical request of the engineering,the program will calculate all the meshing parameters which are involved.This treatise makes every effort to reflect real calculation process of the parameters which are used in practical engineering on a large scale.The contact bearing capacity of ZQ gearbox has been improved at different levels with optimizing parameters contrasting to the former parameters.The maximum improvement of bearing capacity between old and new is 46%.This method is appropriate for the design of the odd and special type decelerator.The optimizing result of the program also has shown that it' s suitable for the proportion of two-stage centre distance to take value between 1.9~2.0
