摘    要:针对风力发电机组塔筒法兰联接处螺栓轴线与法兰横向对称中心线不一致,且螺栓所受外载荷为偏心载荷的问题,基于VDI2230螺栓联接理论对法兰联接处螺栓进行理论分析,计算出实际工况下螺栓螺纹处的等效应力,采用有限元理论对法兰联接处螺柃在MSC.Marc/Mentat环境中进行接触强度分析,有限元结果与理论计算结果基本吻合.研究为螺栓联接强度分析提供了新的思路.

Abstract:For tower flange and bolt joint of wind turbine,the axis of bolt is inconsistent with the horizontal symmetry axis of flange.The bolt of flange suffered eccentric load.The theoretical analysis of such case was carried out referring to the theory of VDI2230.Equivalent stress under actual condition was obtained.On base of finite element theory contact strength analysis of flange and bolts were conducted in MSC.Marc/Mentat.The result of finite element analysis is approximately agreeable with the theoretical re...
