| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了三菱PLC在行车控制系统中的应用,并将此行车系统应用于电镀行业,系统以PLC为核心控制器,详细介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件设计。在此基础上,针对现场实际运行情况,研制开发了QB-R2电机调速控制器。此控制器适用各种行车系统的电机调速控制,能达到理想的控制效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the applications of PLC in the bridge crane control system, and applies it to the electroplating trade.The PLC is the core of the system, details the hardware and the software of the system. Hence, aiming at the true course situation, we have desigued the QB-R2 motor timing controller, which can satisfy the different motor timing control of gantry crane,obtain the ideal control purpose. |
