| 摘 要： | 南钢1#高炉TRT自投运至今,性能可靠,运行平稳。特别是利用Quantum系列PLC系统实现了TRT全自动启机、正常停机和紧急停机的自动控制,保证了TRT机组安全高效运行以及高炉顶压平稳正常。

| Abstract: | Since the TRT of No. 1 blast fumace put into production in Nanchang-steel Co.,Ltd, its reliable capability keep the production running smoothly. Especially in the utilization of Quantum series PLC. This PLC system achieved the automatic control for TRT automatic start-up, normal stop and emergent stop successfully. Consequently it has guaranteed TRT unit running with safety and high efficiency, also kept the top air pressure of blast furnace within normal range. |
