电反馈负荷敏感液压系统及节能特性

摘    要:本文叙述了应用PID算法的电反馈负荷敏感液压系统工作原理。基于工作原理,建立了系统的AMESim模型和仿真分析了四种工作状态下液压系统特性。结果得到,电反馈负荷敏感液压系统能够改变泵排量和工作压力以适应系统要求,减少了系统中的溢流发热,降低了系统的能量消耗,实现了液压系统的节能。系统中泵的工作压力取决于执行机构中最高的负载,且各执行机构的运动状态互不影响。

Abstract:Based on PID arithmetic,the working principle of the electrical feedback load-sensitivity hydraulic system is introduced.The AMESim model of the system is established and the characteristics of four working state is analyzed.The results show that the electrical feedback load-sensitivity hydraulic system self-regulates the displacement and pressure of the pump to fit the load of the system.It decreases the overflow loss of the system,reduces emission and realizes the energy saving.The pressure of the pump depends on the highest load of the actuators and the working state of the actuators does not affect each other.
