大型特种车辆液压系统的故障树分析研究

摘    要:通过分析某企业生产的特种运输车的液压系统结构间的逻辑关系,用故障树分析法对该车液压系统的故障原因进行预测分析。以升降系统的上升无力或无法起升为例,建立相应的故障树,找出所有故障原因,并对其原因做出相应的定性和定量分析计算,最后对计算结果进行分析比较。通过分析,可以有效的找出液压系统的故障,提高该车液压系统维修工作的效率,同时给系统设计提出改进的措施,从而提高产品整体的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the logical relationship of the hydraulic system for the heavy transport vehicle, this paper predicts and analyzes the faults of the hydraulic system by using the fault tree analysis. It takes the fault unable to rise or rise weakly for example, builds the corresponding fault trees and makes relevant analysis at last,which can find the faults of the hydraulic system conveniently, improve the application efficiency, bring better measure for the design and then improve the reliability ...
