基于无线通信的数控机床监控系统设计

摘    要:提出了采用单片射频收发芯片nRF2401设计数控机床监控系统的方案.在该方案中,利用抗干扰性能高的PIC芯片设计了监控终端,采用一般的MCS-51单片机制作了通信处理机,以Delphi开发了上位机界面,并介绍了无线通信的通信协议.所设计的监控系统所需外围元件少,监控终端和通信处理机简单,抗干扰能力强.相比传统的监控系统,该系统无需布线,其无线通信距离可达100m,非常适合于车间级的数据传输,尤其适合于需要增设监控功能的旧生产车间升级.

Abstract:The design of CNC monitoring system based on the single chip RF transceiver was presented in this paper.Firstly,monitoring terminals were designed by using high anti-jamming performance of the PIC chip,and a communications processor was produced by employing the commonly MCS-51 microcontroller.Then a host computer interface was developed by utilizing Delphi,which has more powerful database development capabilities and simple window interface design.At last,a communication protocol for wireless communication is presented.The proposed monitoring system is simple due to fewer requirements of external components,and has high anti-jamming performance.Compared to traditional CNC monitoring system,the wireless communication distance of this system without wiring is up to 100 meter.So it is very suitable for plant-level data transmission,especially for the old production plant upgrade by added monitoring system.
