微波噪声标准系统不确定度分析

摘    要:微波噪声标准系统由7009型冷/热标准噪声源、1350系列混频器、13680低噪声前置放大器、13611精密接收机和两台频率合成源所组成,本文详细分析了微波噪声标准系统的A类及B类不确定度,并对量值传递时典型值的扩展不确定度,以及固态噪声源比对时的不确定度作了分析。

Abstract:The Microwave Yawp Standard System consist of 7009 hot/cold yawp temperature signal generator, 1350 series mixer, 13680 low yawp preamplifier, 13611 precision receive machine and two frequency synthetical generator. The paper analysed the uncertainty of sort A and sort B of the microwave yawp standard system from hot yawp output yawp temperature signal generator, cold yawp output yawp temperature signal generator, Y reading, mismatch. Furthermore, It analysed the value?s extend uncertainty when value is transferring, and the uncertainty when the solid yawp signal generator was being compared.
