基于示功图修正的往复压缩机气阀故障诊断方法

摘    要:在较多的文献中给出了往复压缩机气阀诊断的标准示功图,但是当应用不同的气缸内压力采集装置,采集的气缸内压力不能直接制作标准的示功图,这需要对采集的数据根据采集装置的特点进行修正。通过实际的气缸内压力采集系统,校正了用于制作标准示功图的压力采集曲线外死点位置,并给出实际测量的气阀故障示功图。

Abstract:There are many criterion indicating diagrams of valve faults of reciprocating compressors, but the figures of indicating diagrams are different when the collection set to collect the pressure in the cylinder is different. Because of this situation we don't make criterion indicating diagrams using the pressure in the cylinder directly, the correction to the figure of pressure is neccsary. In the paper, by the actual collecting set in the cylinder,the outer dead center situation is corrected. The indicatd diagrams of valve faults in 2D12 reciprocating compressors are given.
