结构参数对内啮合转子压缩机工作腔容积影响研究

摘    要:首先确定了内啮合转子压缩机5个独立结构参数,并分析了这些参数对转子结构的影响,然后定义了2个相对结构参数,将影响较大的3个独立结构参数关联在一起。通过固定一些参数研究另外一些参数对工作腔扫气容积、余隙容积及容积变化的影响。研究结果显示,随着偏心量e的增加或外转子齿顶圆半径a的减少,扫气容积呈线性增加趋势,并给出了无量纲扫气容积与相对结构参数λe和λa的拟合公式;随着外转子齿数Z2的增加,扫气容积先增加后减少,且在Z2=5时,工作腔容积利用率达到最大;外转子齿顶圆半径a对余隙容积的影响较大,因此可通过增加a减少余隙容积;偏心量e对容积变化率影响较大,较大的e可有效增加压缩机的内压比。研究结果可为内啮合转子压缩机的设计及结构参数优化提出参考。

Abstract:Based on the determination of 5 individual structural parameters of internal-meshing rotary compressor, the influence of those parameters on the structure of rotors is analyzed and two relative structural parameters are defined to integrate 3 important individual structural parameters with each other.Through fixing some parameters,the swept volume, dead volume and volume change of the working chamber impacted by the other parameters are studied.The result reveals that the swept volume linearly increases with the increase of the eccentricity e or the decrease of the radius of tip circle of the outer rotor or.Furthermore,the fitting equation of the dimensionless swept volume related to the relative structural parametersλe and λa is offered.As the increase of outer rotor's teeth Z2, the swept volume decreased after increased.The working chamber volume utilization leads to the maximum when Z2 is 5.The radius of tip circle of the outer rotor a dramatically impacts the dead volume and the increase of a could effectively reduce the dead volume. The eccentricity e dramatically impacts the volume rate of change and the larger eccentricity e could increase the inner pressure ratio of the compressor.The research results can provide references for the design and optimization of structural parameters for the internal meshing rotor compressor.
