往复杆垂直输送机构结构优化设计

摘    要:往复杆式输送机广泛的应用于白车身焊装线,是焊装线输送的一项关键设备。采用电驱动,通过四杆机构实现垂直输送能满足当前对焊装线输送的高节拍要求;使用ADAMS软件对此机构进行了运动学分析,得到了机构结构尺寸和驱动电机所需提供扭矩的关系,便于分析机构受力和驱动电机选择。通过将各杆长度和相对位置定义为设计变量,兼顾传动效率的要求,以所需驱动电机扭矩最小为目标对机构进行了优化设计。优化后,电机所需最大扭矩下降了8%,机构结构更加紧凑,很好地满足了使用要求。

Abstract:Transportation mechanism of reciprocating lever,which is wildly used in BIW(Body in White)welding line,is a key equipment in welding line.To meet the demand of high speed transportation,electric drive is adopted to achieve vertical transportation through four-bar linkage mechanism.By means of kinematic analysis of four-bar linkage with ADAMS software,we deduced the relationship between drive motor’s torque and the sizes of bars to facilitate to analyze the stress of the mechanism and choose the drive motor.Through defining the length of levers and relative position as the design variables,giving consideration to drive efficiency design optimization is done to the mechanism with the minimum torque of the driven motor being set as optimal objective function.After optimization,the max torque required by the motor is decreased by 8% so that the operation requirement is satisfied with its more compact structure.
