摘    要:现代堆垛机多样化、高速化和高层化的发展趋势对其机械结构的稳定性和可靠性提出了更高的要求,传统经验测绘为主的设计难以做到结构优化。ANSYS Workbench是美国ANSYS公司新一代产品研发集成平台。利用ANSYS Workbench集成建模功能,实现了ProE堆垛机模型与ANSYSWorkbench的双向关联性,建立了堆垛机有限元模型并对主要结构参数进行了优化,给出了参数对结构刚度的敏感度。通过两种优化方案使堆垛机刚度提高了7.69%,下横梁尺寸减少了9.96%,从而为新一代堆垛机设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The diversification,high speed and high level development of modern stacker puts forward higher requests for the stability and reliability of its mechanical structure.But traditional design based on experience,measuring and drawing hardly reaches structure optimization.ANSYS Workbench created by American ANSYS company is a new generation of integration platform.By utilizing the integrated modeling function of the ANSYS Workbench,bi-directional links between stacker model of ProE and ANSYS Workbench is realized,and then finite element model for the stacker is established,which main structure parameters are optimized and sensitivity of parameters on structure stiffness is given.The two optimization plans improve the stiffness of the stacker by 7.69% with lower beam dimension reducing by 9.96%,which provides the basis for designing new generations of stacker.
