摘    要:可重构制造单元是可重构制造系统研究的重点,而单元的设施布局对制造单元的性能有着很大的影响.针对可重构制造单元布局提出了其特点与设计目标,建立多行设备布局的数学模型,最后对生产实际问题,通过遗传算法进行求解,证明方法的正确性.

Abstract:Reconfigurable manufacturing unit is the focus of reconfigurable manufacturing system, and the unit layout of the facilities has a great impact on the performance of the manufacturing unit. It design the features and design objectives of reconfigurable manufacturing unit are bringing forward,and establishing a multi-line equipment layout of the mathematical model. Finally,a produced practical problems through genetic algorithms to solve that method.
