摘    要:针对现有渐开线型螺杆转子存在尖点与泄漏通道的问题,提出一种新型变速螺线型螺杆转子。基于螺线理论和啮合原理,建立了变速螺线构建理论,推导了型线方程,研究了不同旋转角函数对变速螺线生成过程和截面面积利用率的影响。通过解析求解和受力模拟,对比了现有的和所提出的两种转子的性能,结果表明:变速螺线型螺杆转子具有较好的啮合特性,连续光滑的空间接触线,齿根处应力分布平缓;并且变速螺线型螺杆转子有较好的级间密封效果和受力特性。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the cusps and leakage channel exist in the traditional involute screw rotor,a kind of variable speed spiral rotor is proposed in this paper.Based on the theory of spiral and meshing,the construction of variable speed spiral is established,and then the profile equations are derived.The influences of different rotation functions on the generating process of the variable speed spiral and the area utilization ratio of the cross section are studied.Through analytical solution and force simulation,the performances of two rotors are compared.The proposed variable speed spiral rotor has better meshing characteristics and continuous smooth contact lines compare to the traditional screw rotor.In addition,it has a gentle stress distribution at the tooth root.Thus the proposed screw rotor has better sealing performance and mechanical characteristics.
