油气悬架外置机械感应阻尼阀特性研究

摘    要:设计了一种无需任何电子控制系统就可实现阻尼调节的外置机械感应阻尼阀,分析了其工作原理、内部结构及其外特性。根据流体连续性方程、运动微分方程以及伯努利方程等理论建立了外置可调阻尼阀数学模型,研究了该阻尼阀的阻尼特性。并通过仿真分析对比了外置机械感应阻尼阀和普通外置阻尼阀对车辆平顺性和车轮接地性的影响。仿真结果表明,所设计的外置感应阻尼阀可实现油气悬架阻尼力的两级调节,使车辆平顺性和操纵稳定性得以改善。
