| 摘 要： | 弧面分度凸轮廓面为一空间不可展曲面,传统的加工工艺很难满足其精度要求.通过分析现有加工设备和加工工艺,采用范成法原理加工凸轮,并对工件进行渗碳热处理.研究了加工实验中出现的一些工艺问题,并给出解决方案;通过设计合适的夹具,消除二次装夹定位偏差对加工造成的影响;最后,实际加工出合格的样品.
