珩磨加工中运动仿真分析与工艺实践

珩磨的运动参数一直依靠着加工经验进行选择,这种经验是通过长时间反复实践而得出的,其效率较低、自由度大,为了能够快速的分析和确定运动参数,提出一种将理论仿真与实验加工相结合的方法。首先,以珩磨头作为研究对象,分析轨迹的运动原理,利用MATLAB构建珩磨加工中的三维轨迹,分析珩磨加工中运动参数对于轨迹的影响。其次,以珩磨头上的油石作为研究对象,利用ABAQUS建立珩磨的有限元模型,根据运动参数制定不同的参数方案,将参数方案导入模型之中,仿真分析后计算出珩磨孔圆柱度并进行对比,选出最理想的运动参数方案,并通过实验验证方案的可行性。

Motion Simulation Analysis in Honing Processing and Application in Process Practice

The choice of motion parameters of honing has been solely based on repeated processing experience over a long period of time,which is believed to be inefficiency and uncontrolled.This paper proposes a solution,a combination of theoretical simulation and practice of processing,for analyzing motion parameters more efficiently.Firstly,analyzing the trajectory of honing head.Using trajectory of honing head to build 3-dimensional trajectory of honing with MATLAB.And analyze the effect of motion parameter on trajectory in honing process.Secondly,using the honing head oilstone as research object,build honing process model with ABAQUS.Design parameter plans of different motion parameters.Apply the different parameters into model for analyze their corresponding honing hole cylindricity.Compare the result to choose ideal motion parameters scheme.And to testify its feasibility through the experiments.
