机载悬挂装置弹射薄壁筒组力学仿真与寿命分析

摘    要:针对瞬时高温高压燃爆气体强力弹射作用下机载悬挂装置中弹射薄壁筒组磨损与寿命问题,采用多体系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS进行了弹射筒组的动力学仿真计算,并用有限元软件ANSYS对薄壁筒组零件在整个弹射过程进行了有限元仿真计算,对基于弹射薄壁筒组配合面间隙控制的寿命进行了分析,为机载悬挂装置弹射筒系统的设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Aiming at wear and lifespan problems for of airborne suspension equipment under the instantaneous blast gas of high temperature and high pressure, the dynamic simulation analysis for ejection ram group is made based on multi - body dynamic simulation software ADAMS, the ejection process of the thin - walled ram group parts is simulated by using the finite element software ANSYS, the lifespan based on ejection thin - walled ram group clearance is analyzed. These results provide the reference for design of the ejection thin - walled ram group parts.
