| 摘 要： | 库存周转率是评价仓储能力的一个重要指标.针对目前仓储管理中库存周转率较低的现象,提出了将Quality Control(QC)小组应用于仓储管理的方法.通过一个具体案例,详细地说明了QC小组在仓储管理中的实施流程,并对实施结果进行了分析.结果表明,在仓储管理中开展QC小组活动后,库存周转率得到了明显的提高.

| Abstract: | The storage velocity is an important factor of estimating the storage capacity.The presents a new method based on QC group to improve the storage velocity. Also, the implement of QC group in storage manaement is illuminated through a case study. The result shows that the storage velocity can be improved significantly after the application of QC group activities in storage management. |
