齿轮传动系统碰撞振动特性研究

摘    要:针对在高速轻载条件下,齿轮传动系统出现的碰撞振动现象。以直齿轮传动系统为研究对象,结合Hertz接触理论,构建了系统碰撞振动分析模型。在轻载条件下,就不同转速及负载对齿轮副碰撞振动的影响进行了分析。研究发现载荷较小时轮齿间产生碰撞振动现象,啮合力频谱出现1/3次谐波,此时表现出极强的非线性,随转速的增加,碰撞力幅值逐渐增大,脱啮时间逐渐减小;随负载逐渐增加齿面依次经历了双侧碰撞,单侧碰撞以及正常啮合三个阶段,当负载达到碰撞振动门槛值时,齿轮副开始正常啮合。该研究成果为齿轮系统的减振降噪提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the main study is focused on the vibro-impact phenomenon of a gear train under the high speed light load condition. Taking spur gear as the object,the system vibro-impact model is developed,in which the Hertz contact theory is induced. Under the light load condition,the effect of rotation speed and load on the system vibro-impact characteristics is analyzed. According to the study,the result shows:The vibro-impact phenomenon of light load is more obvious than the heavy. 1/3 subharmonic is appered and then a strong nonlinear characteristics is exerted. As a consequence,there will be the bigger collision amplitude and the less time of mesh-apart with the increase of the rotation speed;Moreover with the load increasing,this situation goes through three steps of double side collision、unilateral collision、normal mesh,and the gear pair sets to mesh normally when the load reaches the limit. So the result of this study provides the theory basis for the vibration noise reduction of gear train.
