基于岭回归方法的企业技术创新能力评价模型研究

摘    要:剖析了企业技术创新能力二级评价模型的缺陷;建立了企业技术创新能力一级评价模型,克服了由于评价指标之间多重相关性引起的评价结果偏差较大的缺点;应用岭回归方法进行数据处理,相对准确地确定了企业技术创新能力中各评价指标在评价体系中的权重,从而为提高企业技术创新能力提供了重要依据.

Abstract:Disadvantage of two hierarchical evaluation model of technological innovation capability of enterprise were analyzed, one hierarchical evaluation model was established and the harmful effects due to multicollinearity among in evaluation indexes were corrected, the ridge regression approach was applied to data processing and the influences of different evaluation indexes on technological innovation capability of enterprise can be properly confirmed. To do so, it has offered the important basis for improving the technology innovation capability of enterprise.
