摘    要:由于传统的压电作动器驱动易造成严重发热、波形欠佳以及处理速度要求较高等问题,本文提出了一种新型的基于压电作动器的非共振型直线电机及其驱动方式.为满足作动器大容性负载特性及其驱动器对高频率的需求,通过电路匹配分析,提出了直流升压变换器和谐振变换的驱动方案,设计了偏压电路使输出驱动波形满足作动器驱动电压的要求.采用傅里叶变...
