| 摘 要： | 单圈绝对式编码器是国际上新出现的光栅编码技术之一.它突破了传统的光栅编码原理,使用了一种新颖独特的黑白条纹编码方式进行角度测量;它的实现需要融合传感器技术、图像处理技术、计算机控制技术为一体.详细介绍了单圈绝对式编码器的基本原理和理论依据,具体给出了系统硬件设计方法.实验结果充分说明了系统设计及理论依据的正确性.

| Abstract: | Single_ring absolute encoder is one of the latest techniques in the world. The method using black_white stripe to encode in single ring absolute encoder has made a breakthrough in the conventional encoding principle. The absolute encoder can be implemented by sensor fusion, image processing, computer control, etc. In this paper, the fundamental principle and theoretical basis of the single_ring absolute encoder are specified, and the system hardware design is illustrated. The experimental results show that both the system design and its theoretical basis are correct. |
