半自动输弹机电机控制系统设计

摘    要:采用前馈补偿PID控制算法对半自动输弹机伺服电机PID控制参数进行设定。运用MATLAB/Simulink软件对控制系统进行仿真,分析推弹失败的速度曲线,得到速度波动对推弹的影响;重新调整PID参数,降低了外界扰动对输弹机电机系统的扰动,得到了较好的电机速度特性,成功地将弹丸推入枪膛。

Abstract:The feed-forward compensation PID algorithm was applied to the parameters setting of semi-automatic ramming motor control system .The MATLAB/Simulink software was used to simulate the control system and analyze the velocity curves of failure pushing of cartridge ,the influence of speed fluctuation was obtained .By reducing the influence of external disturbance ,a better motor velocity characteristic was gotten ,the cartridge was pushed into the chamber successfully .
