摘    要:本文基于有限元方法,应用Algor16大型有限元软件对初始设计方案的钢结构进行了有限元简化,建模后施加边界条件对几种正常和极限工作状态下的力学性能进行了分析,提出了优化设计方案。对优化后的方案进行再分析,得到满意的结果。达到了设计要求,节省了材料,优化方案在工程中得以实施。

Abstract:Based on FE method, the steel structure of the initial design was simplified with the finite element analysis software Algor16, the mechanical performances of the model under several normal working conditions and limiting operating condition were analyzed with consideration of boundary conditions, and the optimized design was put forward. A satisfactory result can be got- ten when analyze the optimized design and can meet the designing requirements. This optimal method was implemented in the engineering and it was material saving.
