PTA装置中双相不锈钢设备结构优化设计

摘    要:针对双相不锈钢的特点,从我国设计规范和标准的规定要求出发,详细阐述PTA装置中双相不锈钢设备结构设计、制造中存在的问题,分析了将双相不锈钢设计结构改为低合金钢复合双相不锈钢设计结构的合理性、经济性和制造可行性,同时对这一结构的应用前景进行了分析。这一设计理念与当前节能减排基本国策是一致的。

Abstract:In accordance with the characteristics of the dual phase steel,the problems during the design and manufacture of the dual phase steel in PTA plant were investigate based on the national codes and standards.The economic & structure rationality were discussed if using cladding plates instead of dual phase steel.The applicability of such design structure was analyzed.This design value matches the basic state policy of saving energy and reducing emissions.
