浮头式折流杆冷凝器的制造

摘    要:介绍了一种结构较为复杂的浮头式折流杆冷凝器制造过程,并简述了各主要部件的制造过程;但对于特殊的主要部件大小头和折流圈,则从工装设计到制造,详细地介绍其过程,保证了该部件的制造质量和提高了生产效率;针对厚板的焊接,优化焊接工艺,提高了焊接质量。实践证明,通过设计制造工装胎具,采取恰当的工艺措施,可以获得浮头式折流杆冷凝器满意的制造效果。

Abstract:This article introduced fabrication processes of a complex rod-baffled floating heat exchanger. The article briefly introduced fabrication processes of each component,but for special main components,cones and rod-baffle,the auxiliary frocks design and fabrication processes were introduced in detail to ensure the fabrication quality and enhance manufacture efficiency of this components.Optimized welding procedure specifications were employed to improve welding quality.Practice demonstrates,through the auxiliary frocks and suitable technical measures,satisfactory fabrication results of rod-baffled floating heat exchanger will be acquired.
