摘    要:埋藏裂纹由于其隐蔽性,往往对在役零件造成不可预知的灾难性后果,因此对它的检测和高度的测量就显得尤为重要。本文介绍了裂纹端点反射法和波型转换法在垂直埋藏裂纹高度的测量原理,实验验证了这两种方法的可行性,两种方法的误差都在1mm之内,相对于波形转换法,端点反射法具有更高的精确度,当裂纹缺陷为5~7mm时,两种测量方法准确度较高,最后给出了达到更高精确度的条件。

Abstract:As the concealment of the embedded cracks which may cause unpredictable catastrophic fail to the service components, therefore it is very important to inspect the cracks and their height. The principle of the crack tip echo method and the mode conversion method were presented in this paper, the experiments were used to prove the feasibility of the methods, the error of both were within 1 mm, the more precision came from the tip echo method compared to the mode conversion method, the good accuracy of both to the actual height was detected when the crack within 5 - 7 mm. At last, conditions which could make more precision were proposed.
