摘    要:通过分析温度对涡流检测信号影响的方式和规律,提出抑制环境温度影响的措施。对缺陷和涡流信号响应特征之间的关系进行了分析和研究,实践表明,涡流检测速度快、灵敏度高、测试结果准确。

Abstract:The leakage of steam bend pipes under high temperature affects seriously chemical industries production. Through analysis effect of temperature on eddy current testing and its regularity , and the measures to eliminate the effect are put forward, the relationship between the flaws and characteristics of eddy current signals is analyzed and studied. Through practical testing, it shows that the eddy current testing can increase the testing speed, improve the sensitivity and test accurately.
