锆制封头成形方法的试验研究及其实践

摘    要:锆具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,但塑性相对较差,成形锆封头时,如控制不当,往往会出现开裂。国内现普遍采用高温成形锆封头方法来防止开裂,但从发表的相关文章和所了解的部分封头制造厂工艺看,对高温成形锆封头方法的理解和控制不尽全面。结合确定高温成形锆封头方法的试验研究结果、相关分析及其最初成形的几只锆封头情况,对高温成形锆封头方法的控制要点进行较为全面的讨论。

Abstract:Zirconium have high corrosion resistant, but for its low toughness, head forming is difficult, and cracking is often occurred. A high temperature forming way is usually used for forming zirconium head to prevent cracking in china now. There were some papers introducing it before, but is simple. A more complete discussing will be introduced in this paper by original results of test, relate analysis and zirconium head forming.
