摘    要:对一个Alloy C-276成形件固溶处理后耐蚀性能否满足规定要求的原因进行分析,并通过试验模拟的方法进行初步分析,进而据此进行调查核实。为恢复该Alloy C-276成形件耐蚀性能,对再次热处理工艺进行了一系列的试验研究,找出了通过再次热处理改善前次固溶处理后耐腐蚀性能不满足要求的Alloy C-276成形件的方法。对实际生产具有指导作用。

Abstract:This article is focus on the corrosion resistance of the formation component after solution annealed can not meet the requirement of technical file. The analysis on the above condition and the investigation on the simulative trial had been carried out. To recover the corrosion resistance of Alloy C - 276, a serial of experimentations had been carried out to research the second heat treatment technics. The technical measure had been obtained to improve the corrosion resistance of previous solution treatment by secondly solution treatment. The guidance to manufacture can be obtained from this article.
