| 摘 要： | 介绍了直筒式高压洗涤器管箱较为狭长的结构特点，并针对此特殊结构，在制造过程中采取了先组焊低压壳体与上、下管板，然后再与上、下管箱分别组焊的方法。并将管板与管箱的两道环缝定为最终合拢缝，进行局部热处理，为制造类似设备提供了成功经验。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the writer's experience in the manufacture of cylindrical high pressure scrubber with narrow and long channel.Considering the speciality of the structure,the first step will be the welding of two tubesheets to the low pressure shell,then the two channels will be welding connected respectively.The two joints between tubesheets and channels will be the final welds,and local postweld heat treatment will be executed on them.Successful experience has been accumulated for similar equipment. |
