摘    要:对近百台在役加氢反应器的现场检验,选择了10台有缺陷反应器作为实例,通过宏观观察、金相检验、硬度测试以及对内壁不锈钢进行铁磁相测定等手段并经综合分析,从而判断缺陷的性质。为缺陷的处理以及反应器的再投用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:This paper shows ten site inspection examples from 100 site inspections of hydrogenation reactor in service. Comprehensive analysis was made on defect properties by means of macroscopic observation, metallographic examination, hardness testing, ferromagnetic testing for inner wall of SS etc. It provides scientific basis for defect treatment and hydrogenation reactor is available again.
