| 摘 要： | 阐述了某苯乙烯装置进出料换热器的制造，重点介绍了304H材料的采购技术指标；到货检验及复验、内孔焊工艺的操作要点及工艺试验、挠性密封条制作、整体组装方案。通过采取合理的机械加工、焊接及组装工艺，成功地完成苯乙烯装置进出料换热器的国产化制造，制造质量完全满足国外工艺技术及设计图样要求。

| Abstract: | The article expatiates on fabrication of out - feed heat exchanger in the styrene devices. It emphases on the purchasing technical index of 304H, test and retest, operating point and engineering testing of the inner - hole welding, making of flexible seal - sheet and general assembly plan. We succeed in fabrication out -feed heat exchanger through reasonable machining, welding and assembly process. Its quality completely meets the external technical conditions and the requirement of blueprint completely. |
