无刷直流电机PID调节参数整定研究

摘    要:无刷直流电机因其具有结构简单,运行可靠,维护方便等诸多优点,又继承了传统直流电机的运行效率高、调速性能好的优点,故在生产和生活的各个领域内有着广泛的应用。目前大多数无刷直流电机速度控制系统都采用速度电流双闭环控制,常采用的控制算法是PID控制,此控制方式算法简单,且其控制效果稳定性高、鲁棒性好。在概括了无刷直流电机的控制策略后,介绍了PID控制算法的原理,最后对无刷直流电机PID控制器参数的整定做了详细阐述。

Abstract:Brushless dc motors because of its not only has simple structure,reliable operation,convenient maintenance,and many other advantages,but also has good speed regulation performance,no mechanical commutator caused by friction and other advantages,has been widely used in modern production and life. At present most of the brushless dc motor speed control system USES the current double closed loop speed control,the control algorithm is PID control,is often used to this mode control algorithm is simple,high stability and its control effect and good robustness. In this paper,after summarizing the brushless dc motor control strategy,this paper introduces the principle of PID control algorithm,the parameters of PID controller of brushless dc motor of the whole order in detail.
