亚临界汽轮机通流间隙变化的影响及应对措施

摘    要:介绍了上汽厂亚临界600MW机组刚投运时出现的汽轮机缸效、热耗等经济技术指标下降明显的异常现象,阐述了在大修中发现的汽轮机通流部分"K"值定位位置、动静轴向间隙、径向间隙的异常变化,分析了汽轮机经济性下降和通流部分间隙短时间内发生异常变化的原因,制定了应对措施并实施,取得了良好效果,对同类型机组的运作有一定借鉴意义。

Steam Turbine Flow Gap Change on the Economic Impact and Corresponding Measures about 600MW Sub-critical Units of STC

Abstract:It introduced the abnormal phenomena that the economic and technical indicators such as cylinder efficiency about the steam turbine and heat consumption decreased obviously when 600MW power plant had just been put into operation;And it had discussed the abnormal changes about "K" value,axial and radial clearance in turbine flow section during the period of heavy repair;Then,it had analyzed the reason that the economy had been declined in the steam turbine and the turbine flow gap had caused abnormal changes within a short time;In response to those,it developed and implemented effective measures and achieved good results;And it had reference value to the same type of power plant.
